I loved its accommodating and hospitable employees.

Came here for 9 days, the hotel was friendly, it had magnificent location close enough to metro station/ beach/ shopping center, Marina, Mall of Emirates, Souk Madinat Jumeriah and Burj Khalifa. The rooms were huge and had a pleasant view at the sea...

The location turned out to be convenient and brilliant, right by metro as well as Fraser suites Dubai for 7 days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was incredible and brand-new.

Everything was first-class, good service, unbeatable location just next door to Mall of Emirates and Sharaf DG station centrally located to join north and south of Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. Outstanding food at the casual restaurant. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Really nice experience there.

I loved that this hotel was so close to Al Barsha Pond Park, great for a relaxing stroll in the morning, and the shuttle service to Mall of the Emirates was super convenient for my shopping sprees. The spacious room.

i had a good time in fraser suites ,

there was a very bad smell in the kitchen and all the rooms and the houskeeping did not do any thing about it

The only thing I like about Fraser is the location

Before I do my booking throw booking•com. I called the hotel to ask about the primer one bedroom aprtment and they gave my worng information about the toilat| They told me it contains 2 toilat and than I did the booking| but when I get in to the room I got shock that they lie to me and there is only one toilat|

We enjoyed our time. The Hotel is Brand New & I believe is some sections are not ready for guests yet. The only thing, in the morning the Fire Alarm went on & they did their best to fix it. It's quiet atmosphere. Very clean. We had dinner outside of the hotel. I don't know if they have restaurants ready in the hotel.

The coffee machine in the room was very convenient for morning brews.

Housekeeping overlooked some accumulated dirt in the bathroom corners.

Had really amazing experience, overall pleasant place.

The staff were really accommodating and extremely polite and the laundry facilities, wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

On our arrival we received warn welcome , the manager offered us free upgrade to a room with balcony having stunning view of palm , I suppose it was premier room which also had huge bathroom attached. Room was very spacious with kitchen and almost everything available from dishwasher to clothes dryer , room interior decor is light and very pleasant with homely touch & wooden flooring , their leisure facilities really meets the international standard but some improvement needed, big tennis court & pool with cafe was excellent , we missed the breakfast but did try their lunch menu with reasonable pricing , room service was fast too. Hotel location is very close to mall of emirates so we did most of our shopping in there , they have shuttle drop to the malls but we drove by our car, overall our stay was enjoyable & are definitely returning for Xmas newyear holidays..

Worth staying here getting 5 star service at affordable room rate.

Our stay at the Fraser Suites was perfect in every way. My wife and kids stayed in apartment on 40th floor. We arrived before midday and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was a surprise ! When we opened the door the views are amazing and very beautiful especially the Palm view at night was amazing!! The apartment was so large huge bathroom and the bed was the best I have slept on. It was not like a normal hotel but more like a private apartment. The staff are very professional and made our stay very enjoyable. They sent me a birthday cake and card which was very thoughtful. In the morning we had a breakfast in the Aqua Cafe and the choice was excellent and the staff very kind. Amazing pool deck with views over the sea and my wife had a massage at the Awazen Spa and she says was the best she remembers. We will definitely come back and tell all our friends. I wish I would have stayed more nights to try other facilities like Tennis and Squash !! Sure I will visit again - Fraser Suites is the best!
